This pretty ugly but otherwise very user-friendly site is a good way to get accustomed to the pronunciation of basic conversational Russian words and phrases.
It includes a clever introduction to the Russian alphabet in its keyboard arrangement. Click first on the picture of the keyboard on the screen, and then type the keys on your real keyboard to hear the corresponding Russian letters being pronounced. It's a very effective way to learn brand new vocabulary and also give yourself a listening test.
There are 5 lessons, each with its own vocabulary list. The downside of the site is that there are no lists anywhere of the entire vocabulary covered, and also it isn't clear whether the 5 quizes correspond to the lessons. I think they actually combine all the vocabulary of all 4 lessons.
