There are loads of websites where you can share and view others' flashcards, or download them for offline spaced repetition tools. I'll try and review a few ones that are good for Russian.
To start with, here's a few online flashcard sets for Russian vocabulary.
* Some beginners' Russian vocab from Chapter 2 of the textbook Golosa (beginners' level)
* Irregular Russian plurals in the genitive (intermediate level)
